Biscotto in Italian means cooked twice (bis). Twice in Italy’s historical tradition Linda’s Biscotti is diligently baked. For the first bake, the dough is shaped in a flat design. Then the log is cut in and baked again. No conservatives, no trans fats, no artificial flavor, and no GMO are found in our classic biscotti.
